Scrap Chiffon = Feminine Ascot

The ever versatile chiffon scrap = amazing ascot.

Now all it needs is a dimple! ^_^

Eggplant Maxi

So this dress is fully chiffon. 

Its just a bunch of layers--mostly on the bottom so its less sheer in the lower region. 

I had a great time making it :) It took me about two evenings to finish!

Current Goals

I have my sights set on (finishing before May is halfway through):

- Armor Dress for my 3D class at Pratt
- Color block dress (red and kiwi)
- Modern take on Audrey Hepburn Dress for Mom (half way done!)
- High waisted bikini for summer!
- T-Shirt dress out of the white and black silk
- 2 Lace Slips (NEED to find some good lace for cheap!)


(oh. and get a job.)

Black Chiffon Maxi

New outfit: Made a chiffon sheer maxi with high slit

Used old ribbon for a simple bow tie 

Add bowler and vintage sweater...

Fun! ^_^

Fresh Braid and Fresh Bow

Left over chiffon makes for a quick bow headband :)... add a fishtail and voila! Dopeness.

 Added pocket and awesome linen lining!

Summer Challenge

I've always mixed old with the new and now I'm finally learning how to make my own clothes. So here is a blog about my goal for the summer and hopefully a new attitude towards creativity and fashion.

I'm so excited to finally get neck deep in fashion!  I'm going to catalogue the best that I can everything that I do with concerns to fabrics, cost, and styling.
